What to bring

Find out how to get the most out of your appointment

All the staff at ENT North aim to provide exceptional patient care, with your needs front and centre.

The surgeons at ENT North treat all ages of patients and all ENT conditions. Our surgeons have been trained in Australia to internationally recognized ‘gold standard’ levels, and have then gone on to complete further training in specific subspecialties to ensure our patients have access to the highest quality level of technical skill. We also recognize that seeing a surgeon, or bringing your child to see a surgeon, is often a very stressful experience. Our staff work hard to understand what your needs are, and how best to help you with your ENT care.

We know that your time is valuable; that is why an average of 80% of our patients are seen within 5 minutes of their scheduled appointment time. Our doctors are committed to providing quality treatment by focusing on treating the root of the issue while taking the time to understand and address each patients’ needs.

We take pride in our ability to promote a family-friendly environment. We offer many amenities tailored to patients from all walks of life, such as ramp access, change table, large consulting rooms and a child-friendly waiting room with intriguing books and toys to keep children entertained.

Following a ‘child-centred approach’, our doctors aim to connect with children prior to their assessment to make them feel as comfortable as possible.

Their welcoming and kind manners come naturally, and as being mothers to young children themselves, they hold the technical and personal experience of being a parent raising family.
